Trees give us all the things we need
It gives us fruits of all kind
It gives us shelter from heat
And most of all it supplies us with precious oxygen

But what do we give
To trees in return?
We chop it down
We use it for wood, paper

Oh what a cruel, ungrateful
People we are
I feel ashamed
To be a human being
